Our Website Design Process
Step 1: Assign one of our website designers to your project
You will be assigned a website designer. Your website designer will be your primary contact within our company for your website design project. Your website designer will take the necessary time to get to know what your website needs and preferences. You will be able to contact your website designer on a daily basis via email or by reaching out to them and scheduling a time to communicate over the phone or video call.
Step 2: Website hosting and platform setup
The first step that you will have to take is to get a domain and hosting for your website. Your website designer can also meet with you to walk you through this process if you find it to be to difficult (additional charges may apply). Once you are all setup with your domain and hosting we will immediately get to work developing your website using Square Space.
Step 3: Website rough draft
Your assigned website designer will develop a rough draft of your website using Square Space. The time frame can vary for completion of a draft depending on the size and complexity of the website or business. Once your website designer completes the draft of your website they will then show you the draft for your approval and if you would like to have additional changes made then this would be when they would make any final adjustments to your website to make sure that it is to your likings.
Step 4: Website launch
Once your website designer has gotten the approval from you on the website draft the website will be officially published online. Your website will be officially live and you will be able to start pushing traffic to your website immediately!
Step 5: Maintenance & optimization
We offer website maintenance services as add-ons to website design packages. If any changes needed to be made on a regular basis or if the client wanted the website to be updated on a consistent basis then they would want to include our website maintenance services to keep their website up to date and running at optimal levels. There is also always the option of having us take care of any small changes that you need in the future to your website. In this case on a job to job basis you would be charged an hourly rate ($40/hour).
