You will be able to contact your account manager on a daily basis via email or by reaching out to them and scheduling a time to communicate over the phone or video call.
Step 2: Strategy development and situational analysis
The first step that your newly appointed social media account manager will take is to analyze your business and construct a SWOT analysis for your business. We will then perform a situational analysis and competitive analysis in order to formulate a social media strategy for your business.
Step 3: Strategy implementation and content scheduling
Once a social media strategy developed, implementation of the strategy will begin immediately. Your social media account manager will begin planning content in a content calendar which you will have access to. Once the content calendar is approved, your account manager will initiate the publishing of content.
